Discord Server Manager​

I'd like to announce that we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Discord Server Manager. This role is pivotal in bridging our thriving community on PalworldForums.net with a dynamic, interactive Discord server. We are seeking an individual who is not only passionate about Palworld but also possesses a deep understanding of Discord’s functionalities and the potential to transform our server into a vibrant hub for discussion, resources, and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:​

• Server Setup & Management: Initial setup of the server, configuring roles, channels, permissions, and security settings to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for all members.
• Moderation & Engagement: Active moderation to maintain server etiquette, handling user reports, and fostering a positive community atmosphere. Engaging with the community through events, Q&A sessions, and regular updates.
• Integration & Automation: Working with the forum admin (that’s me!) to integrate Discord with PalworldForums.net. Implementing bots and apps to enhance functionality, automate tasks, and encourage interaction within the server.
• Growth & Development: Strategizing and implementing initiatives to grow the server membership, improve user engagement, and ensure the server remains a valuable asset to the PalworldForums.net community.

Qualifications:​

• Proven experience managing and moderating Discord servers, preferably for gaming or similar interest communities.
• Strong understanding of Discord's features, including bots, integrations, and apps.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for fostering community spirit.
• Ability to collaborate closely with forum administrators to align the Discord server with the broader community goals.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a willingness to experiment with new ideas to enhance the server’s appeal and functionality.
• Familiarity with Palworld and its community is a plus.

Facebook Page/Group Manager​

• Monitor and moderate conversations to ensure a respectful and positive community atmosphere.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategy with overall brand goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to adjust strategies and improve engagement.
