Big big issue stopping us from playing, any information?

Hi!
I'm a huge fan first off!

Me and my family loves Palworld! We played every single day and finally beat all the towers. We had decided to just stock up and wait for future content, but then we got a bad bug and can no longer effectively play :(. Like....at all! :( My husband and I just recently hit max level and our two daughters playing with us were climbing up. Shortly after discovering world settings we started getting a weird red prompt out to the side... " World data auto save failed".
At first we didn't think it was a serious issue. But then nothing saved at all and even if we left it on it would crash like it does and then we would lose all progress we did like building, pal party base and box edits, and even location!
I had already been having an issue with being forced under the map upon reload after a crash, but we could still play with that issue. This issue goes beyond the dungeons causing crash and losing death bags under the map forever! We can't play at all :(.
Now I know it's a beta, and still in development. Though I've looked up many solutions from other players having the same issue in ways to still play with the prompt. Sadly, many deal with it for weeks before ours started. However, many of the solutions we tried that players offered didn't work for ours. Then I found that it said pocketpair informed someone we would have to wait for an update. Ok, we will wait. Then our daughter told us it works fine with just a new save, but we have spent over 300+ in game days playing.
Now I am just curious, so here are my questions;
is it something we did?
What causes this to happen?
Will we be able to keep our co-op save file?
Can this issue be bypassed to play for now?

We really love this game and would love to progress with all our hard work! Please help me know if anyone has any information for us! Thank you in advance!

This is likely a bug in the game sadly. I'll do some research tomorrow and try to compile a list of possible fixes. However, can't guarantee I'll have it all ready by tomorrow.

You have the option to delete your profile, sign back in, and load it up. It is important that you receive a screen syncing game data.
