Dungeon exp should scale with the dungeon boss's level, not the player. I completed a lvl 13 dungeon and currently gives me about 55k exp. It instead should only give a few 100. Maybe the same or double the amount as catching 5 pals. Completing dungeons above my current level should also award bonus exp. Currently there is no incentive to complete higher level dungeons other than the end of dungeon loot and a guaranteed random alpha.
Sure you could say "just don't run them". But due to how tech points or purposely given to not be able to unlock all parts of the tree. You have to either go out unlock a bunch of fast travel points, or just run a bunch of low level dungeons to get the tech points you need to unlock content. Blasting you ahead in levels you didn't really want just to unlock 1-2 items and now you have even more you can't unlock.
This exp bonus along with dungeon alpha capture bonus, 5 pal capture exp bonus, eggify exp bonus, and fast travel exp bonus are fine on their own. The problem isn't that players can level too fast. It's that players can outlevel content simply by playing the game as intended, not allowing them to really "experience" each level of progression.
