💬 Discussion What difficulty level are you playing Palworld on?

As someone who hasn't played many survival games I opted to play the game on Easy. Plus I don't have much time to play during the week since I work 10 hour shifts and I'm quite tired after work. I feel like if I was to play the game on a higher difficulty I wouldn't be able to enjoy it as much as I do now.

Honestly me too. No shame in setting it easy. I don’t have the time nor the energy to restart what’s otherwise more easily achieved.

I’ll probably look into custom settings soon too.

I believe I have my personal modded server set to HARD. Basically players take 3x more damage, hunger food drains stupidly quick when active.

Perks though. Fast breeding, egg hatching. Crazy stupid shield, once it pops you're definitely dead. Early game is more grindy. Focused around getting your base worked up. There's more but I'm tweaking where needed. In case I want to make this a public thing.

I have not started playing yet but when I do, easy will probably be the mode I go for to start until I am used to the game and understand it all better. I may then consider playing on a higher difficulty that I feel I can manage.

I would try to at least play the game on normal, but its okay to play on easy don't get me wrong, but I would kinda feel bad about not playing on normal, as that is probably what the developer designed the game to be played at I imagine
